The Great Spirit of the Catalpa Tree

Greetings, friends. This is your host, Tracy Shoolman, bringing you today's episode of Gaia Translate. In my local area, there is a cute little café called the Twisted Tree Café. Of course, I had to ask why it was called the Twisted Tree Café when I saw no twisted trees outside, and I discovered that the café was named after a local landmark, a huge specimen of a Catalpa tree residing right in the center of town. Curious, I paid a visit, and standing before the actual tree, I understood why the café was inspired to name itself after this amazing being. Great Spirit of the Catalpa Tree: We are not so very common in your neck of the woods, are we, daughter? And yet, we would offer we are that which knows itself, able to be deeply rooted when given the opportunity. We would introduce ourselves. We are that which has and vibrates as the Great Spirit of the Catalpa Tree. We have other names, and yet that is the one that is commonly used in your geography. We appreciate your attunement, and we have stepped forward in a place of gratitude for the opportunity to share a bit of our wisdom with those who have and would seek to consume its fruits, for we feel it is at that place of ripening and ripeness in our field.
There is much that is afoot in this dimension, much that has and calls forth a great challenge for many of the life forms that have and reside here. There is much that has and is imbalanced, and as we perceive it, appears to be continuing in that general trajectory, yes? We speak of the climate. We speak of the denuding of the soils. We speak of the disappearance, through lack of adequate resource or environmental habitat, of many, many, many of the life forms here in this plane. And we feel a season of even greater distress, has and much as the storm clouds rolls thickly towards all who know themselves in a physical form, in and of the Gaia.
None of this, we are aware, is unknown to your species, daughter. We simply state it as a preamble of sorts. You have and understand that we are the soul food group of a particular species of moth, and as one of our nature is so threatened, so too are those who look to us for their nourishment and their continuance in this plane.
We would use this relation, that which represents the microcosm of what actually has and is upon this planet. There are certain relations that your species is quite aware of, between various forms of life, that of the plant kingdom, with that of the insect, or the birds, the winged ones, that of this or that four-legged or animal, that which is the plant kingdom, or that which is another of a varying species, that which is of those who swim within the waters, and those who would know themselves nourished by that which has and also swims within the waters, and so forth. There is a great and complex web of interrelation, and this too is known by your species, and yet we feel there is a deep disregard or valuing of all that has and is being galled into that which is the frequency of extinction, and there are many and more with each and every cycle of extinction, of that which is the Gaia, as it encircles the sun.
You have a saying, and that is, “they know not what they do.” There was a point in your history where we might have invoked that saying and sought to awaken you, to forewarn you, and to guide you a bit, and yet, we feel that, as a species, you are for the most part well aware of what has and is occurring, as the choices you have made, and it is understood they were not made primarily with malintent, as that which sent them forth. For you had and did not understand the possible consequence of their continuance.
And yet, at this place in our mutual history, we would gently observe that when one has and is aware of what your actions, your intentions, have and are calling forth, which is no less than the disillusion of great swaths of life in this plane, and the capacity for this planet, the Gaia, to serve in a manner that has and would be able to offer adequate nourishment and sustenance for those who remain. It is, while you may not understand it so claimed, an act of malintent.
There are those of your species who have wisely observed that when one has and does not seek to align their will and their intent in action of high discernment, and simply chooses to remain in stasis, as you observe, this is a tacit form of attunement with that which you knowingly claim, as that which you intend to support through your continuance, through your resistance to reduce, eliminate, or completely shift your behavior patterns, your structures, your systems, such that they no longer cause such destruction, and we observe, irreversible damage to this entire system of ecology. It may appear that you are receiving rather a tongue lashing from this Spirit of a lesser-known tree, and that would not be inaccurate.
We have chosen to bear this song of our heart, which grieves mightily at all who are lost and are being lost, as we have and know that it is not in our ability to shift this. Although we have and serve to cleanse and to purify the nearby atmosphere through our natural exchange of flow, we in our current numbers are not able to match the requirement with our capacity, our nature, to cleanse and to clean out that which has and contaminates the atmosphere, calling forth the increasing temperatures and great shifts in the biodiversity of this plane.
We seek to offer that, we beseech you in truth, with that which is the cry of our heart, to choose as you are willing to no longer deny what has and is disappearing all around you, to no longer resist those great shifts in your behaviors, those required shifts in what you have and consume, and the manner in which you do so, and those essential shifts in your relation.
Your respect for that which is the mother source of all in this plane, that which has and is in awareness, unknowing, and greatly wounded, that which is the Gaia, that which has offered you all that she has and may, has given your species blessing after blessing, met all of your need states and more, and those gifts that have and are a part of the flow, the exchange of energy that is required in this plane in physical form, has and is much as one who upends a container and tosses out without consideration all that was held within. Is it not wise, is it not timely, is it not essential to seek within your own hearts to align yourselves with the restoration, with the protection, and with the abeyance of violent behaviors that have and cause such distress within this plane?
Do not misunderstand. When we speak of the violence of your actions and we speak to the entire collective, we are not suggesting that which you have and call upon each other with such enthusiasm, it would seem. Rather, the violence that is and has abuses, gouges, and destroys parts of the mother source, the Gaia, and all of her creation. We are aware that we, and that species of the moth that is exclusively aligned with our own, may also be those who are swept up in the great flood of extinction that has and is upon this plane.
So we have chosen to speak plainly and from a deep and hopeful place in our heart, however despairing we may seem, and that is to look upon you and into the heart place of each and all of your species where we perceive the light and where we feel that which is the awakening of the heart place of those who have and would seek to stay the hand of others and their own from the continuing of the battering of the great flow of life in relation in this plane, to stay the hand of yourselves and to drop that which is the weapon of your inaction as it has and is a most efficient tool, that as you continue to wield it simply accelerates greater and greater song of imbalance in all parts of life in flow in this plane.
We appreciate the opportunity to unburden our hearts through this Channel. For while we have sought and with some with success to whisper our heart's desire to those of your clan, daughter, yet there are so many of you who are still unwilling to shift the trajectory of your intent. You may lift your hand and say, “it was not me. I do not seek to wound or harm. I do not seek to create these great chasms between what is required and what we have and are calling forth.” You may also say, “I did not create this. Do not blame me. I am innocent of such damaging and wounding to the planet.” And so we would observe. We are not suggesting you started or created this condition. However, as you have and take no action and do not shift your intent, your will-based intent as it has and manifests in a shift in that which is your behavior and how you are in relation with all aspects of life in this plane, you are one whose hand remains upon the weapon of this systematic deconstruction of the song of life in flow in and through this beautiful plane, this earth, this Gaia, yes?
We appreciate your willingness, those who have and continue to listen to this song of our heart. We are aware it is not a pleasant one, and yet it is a song that we are compelled to sing. We have and appreciate the opportunity to bear our heart's grief in the public square as it were, and we would take our leave with one final attunement, and that is the conference of the blessing of efficient awakening in and through the heart place of your clan, daughter. It is the greatest gift we can bestow.
We have and would take our leave as you have and are willing to grant it.
Channel: I have and acknowledge the profound grief of your heart, Great Spirit, the Catalpa Tree, and I have and am honored to be in receivership of your blessing and your warning.
Great Spirit of the Catalpa Tree: The warning arrives a bit late. In this, we would have and been so joy-filled to have the song of our warning have been received in the ears of the heart a number of seasons ago. And so, we simply seek to invite those of your clan, daughter, to lift the hands of their will from the weapon of this song of extinction, yes?
Channel: Blessings be Great Spirit of the Catalpa Tree
Great Spirit of the Catalpa Tree: And to you, daughter. And we have and leave with the song of blessing upon our lips as we would bestow yet again the grace of a willing and awakened heart in and through each and all of your clan and that which is the attunement to the light.
It is complete. We have and take our leave as you have and would willingly grant it so.
